Welcome
Our studio is named Yoga in Common for a simple reason – it is a space for all teachers to come together and share their wellness practices with their students.
Our teacher-tenants love the homely feel of the space. We also have kitchen facilities and a green porch that you can enjoy at an additional rate.
We supply Manduka Pro yoga mats, Manduka bolsters, Iyengar chairs, straps, yoga blocks, blankets, and yoga wheels.
We are conveniently located at 22 Petain Road, in a row of pretty conservation houses across from Somme Park Playground. We are also a hop and a skip away from City Square Mall and the Farrer Park MRT station. This is a lovely enclave that is wedged between historic Little India and the hip Jalan Besar café strip.
There is paid street parking along Petain Road at $0.60 per half hour, or at the City Square Mall public carpark.
Rent our serene and lovely space for your next yoga class or workshop at these rates:

Terms and Conditions
- All rent must be paid for in advance and by the invoice due date. Failure to do so will result in the booking being cancelled without notice.
- A deposit equivalent of up to 3 hours’ rent may be required in some cases, and will be refunded to you when the booking period ends.
- The studio must only be used for the reason that has been stipulated. We reserve the right to turn away requests that are deemed inappropriate or hazardous to the studio space.
- A non-refundable deposit (equivalent to 20% of the invoice value) will be required for peak hour bookings.
