Studio Packages

  1. All studio credits and packages are non-refundable.
  2. Without exception, all unused credits will expire 3 months from the expiry date at purchase (‘Hard Expiry Date’). No further credit extension is provided after the Hard Expiry Date.
  3. Subject to the Hard Expiry Date, credit extensions are only provided for medical reasons and for travel reasons, subject to documentation being produced. Extensions for medical conditions must be for a minimum of 3 days and up to a maximum of 30 days. Extensions for travel must be for a minimum of 7 days and up to maximum of 30 days. There will be a processing fee of $20 per extension.
  4. Subject to the Hard Expiry Date, when a new studio pass is purchased, we will extend your existing pass or expired pass to the new expiry date of the new Package.

Late Cancel & Lateness

  1. Cancellations for scheduled studio classes must be made within 6 hours of the class or it will be considered a late cancellation and your credit will be forfeited. Cancellations for Special Event Classes must be made within 7 days of the event date or it will be considered a late cancellation and your credit will be forfeited. Special Event Classes will be clearly described as such on our timetable and ads.
  2. No shows for any class will be considered a late cancellation.
  3. The teacher has full discretion to refuse a student entry if a student is more than 5 minutes late for class and your credit will be forfeited.
  4. If you have waitlisted yourself for a class, please check your email for confirmation. If your name has moved from the Waitlist into class, your Pass will be deducted whereupon clause 6 will apply.

Proper Behaviour

  1. Our studio is a space for relaxation, reflection and wellbeing. Students who are disruptive, abrasive, or cause discomfort to others in any way whatsoever, will be refused entry or asked to leave. We also reserve the right to refuse future entry for any such person/s into the studio.

Studio Liability Release

  1. You understand and acknowledge that yoga classes include physical movements, and as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.

    If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions that will increase medical risks, you must advise the teacher before class commences, and/or if you experience pain or extreme discomfort, you must discontinue the activity and seek support from the teacher.

    You agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter against Yoga in Common, the teacher and all associated companies.
