Explore the Yamas with Hatha
Each week Cat will weave the Yamas into a thoughtful 80-minute Hatha practice that will include meditation, pranayama and time to reflect on each Yama – not just on the mat – but also how to incorporate the Yamas into life off the mat.
Yoga for Organs
Teacher Vaishali’s years’ of study and research have culminated in these special classes close to her heart. Vaishali will lead us in gentle yoga poses to work with our organs, to open up more possibilities in terms of movement, creative expression, wellness and self-understanding.
These are classes for everyone – yogis, yoga beginners or anyone who wants to move with more ease within their bodies.

Cat will guide you through a gentle Hatha practice – moving through asana and breath. It will be a concentrated practice devoted to each of our seven chakras each week.
