Private Classes

$135 for 75 minutes.

Book a private healing or yoga session for up to 2 persons in our beautiful space. We provide all training materials including mats and props so all you need to do is show up on the mat in your exercise clothes, with an open mind and an open heart!

Our private sessions are suitable for students who wish to take some quiet time out for wellness, self care or for a personalised practice. These sessions are also great for those who wish to start a yoga practice but are not ready to join a group class. Whatever your reasons are for booking a private session, be assured that we offer a mindful and compassionate practice and we are here to support you on your journey.

We offer all the classes that are listed under Class Types. Alternatively, you can nominate a style of yoga that you would like to practice and we will try to accommodate you.

Corporate Classes

If you are interested in corporate yoga to promote wellbeing in your organisation, to boost morale and team-build, please contact us and we can organise a special yoga event tailored just for you.

Our standard corporate 60-minute class starts at $234 for up to 10 pax. Cost can vary depending on the number of participants, the length and frequency of the sessions, as well as any special requests.

Other Class Types

Classic
Our classic classes are taught in the classical traditions of yoga. Learn breathing techniques (pranayama), foundational as well as intermediate postures (asanas), and the philosophy of this universal practice.
Creative
Join us in a fun free-flowing practice to lift your vibes! You can expect different ways to move and stretch your body to help improve your stamina, mobility and flexibility.
Calming
These are serene ‘work-in’ classes to soothe, nourish and calm. These sessions suit anyone looking to start their yoga journey, or to practise slowing down and being in the moment.
Special
Our special classes are unique event-classes to elevate your practice and enhance your wellness. These limited sessions are guided by YIC teachers or specialist guest teachers.
