Hatha Flow πŸ”†πŸ”†

Hatha Flow is alignment-focused and is suitable for everyone. Our teacher will guide you safely through each pose with options, depending on your ability and preference. The practice of Hatha yoga will help you strengthen, tone and stabilise your body.

Ashtanga – Mysore Style πŸ”†

The set sequence of Ashtanga Mysore is taught in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois, where yoga poses are taught not to the group, but to the individual – one pose at a time. The silence of the class and the set sequence will allow you to focus on your body, breath and movement.Β Through a patient and dedicated practice, you will achieve stillness of mind combined with strength and flexibility in the body. Beginners are welcome.

Guided Ashtanga πŸ”†πŸ”†πŸ”†

In this guided class, the teacher leads the class through part of the Ashtanga primary series. This is a dynamic and physically demanding form of focused movement. Over time, you will build a familiarity with the set sequence and poses, enabling you practice the half-primary or full Primary Series on your own.Β We recommend some yoga experience, and we welcome all those who are new to Ashtanga!

Foundations πŸ”†

Our beginner-friendly class will guide you through the fundamental poses and alignment of a yoga practice. The class will move at a slower pace with plenty of cues and demonstrations. It will be a grounding and challenging practice, with a focus on building strength and awareness. This is a great class for anyone who is new to yoga, or wishes to refine and revisit their practice.

These are serene β€˜work-in’ classes to soothe, nourish and calm. These sessions suit anyone looking to start their yoga journey, or to practise slowing down and being in the moment.

Our special classes are unique event-classes to elevate your practice and enhance your wellness. These limited sessions are guided by YIC teachers or specialist guest teachers.
Private & Corporate​
Book a private healing or yoga session for yourself or your company. We provide all training materials including mats and props so all you need to do is show up on the mat in your exercise clothes, with an open mind and an open heart!
