Slow Flow ๐๐
Sun salutations and asanas are practised according to the three foundational pillars – “Tristhana” – encompassing breathing, posture and gazing point. We will focus on breathing awareness, mindful body movements and longer breathing counts where correct engagements and postures are introduced.
Vinyasa Flow ๐๐๐
This is an expressive and dynamic flow class that moves in coordination with the breath. Vinyasa provides an energising cardiovascular workout, and helps build strength, balance and flexibility through sequenced movements. We recommend some yoga experience.
