The MYRing from Korea is the super prop that massages, assists with stretching as well as asana practice. Book our special sessions led by MYRing specialist Angie Kang. The focus of the practice will be different each month but rest assured that you will leave feeling stretched, massaged and relaxed!

EFT tapping & Sound Healing πŸ”†

Invite positive vibes into your life, embrace opportunities and let go of limiting thoughts & self-doubts. Our monthly gentle and non-intrusive energy adjustment sessions include a blissful blend of gentle yoga, EFT tapping and sound bath. It is suitable for everyone.
