Frequently Asked Questions
If you have already created a login account, simply go to BUY at the top right hand corner and make your selection and purchase.
If you have already created a login account, simply go to SCHEDULE and make your booking.
You can make payment in one of these ways:
- You can buy directly through the website by using your credit card;
- Paynow to Yoga in Common Pte Ltd, UEN 202413928N – this pays directly into our bank account so you will need to notify us so that we can update your account. Email us at contact@yicsg.com once payment is completed.
This means that
- You have not created a login account. Please remember to register and make payment before you make a booking.
- You have run out of credits or your credits have expired. You can either buy a new package or write to us to reinstate your credits (where permitted).
You can view our CLASS TYPES on the top right tab on our website. In our class descriptions, you will see the sun icons. One Sun icon indicates that the class is suitable for beginners.
If you have previously done yoga before your pregnancy, you are past your first trimester, and are enjoying a smooth pregnancy, you are welcome to join our gentle yoga classes. We do not offer pre-natal yoga at the moment.
If you have missed the window to book and have a studio pass, please DM us on Instagram @yicsingapore, we will try to accommodate you.
We will provide an extension if you are unwell or you are travelling. Please provide written evidence.
Extension for travelling must be for a minimum of 7 days, and a maximum of 30 days.
Extension for medical reasons must be for a minimum of 7 days.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 6 hours before class without losing your credit. This is to allow others to book the mat.
