Our beginner-friendly Yoga Foundations class introduces essential poses and alignment at a slower pace with plenty of guidance. This 75-minute class focuses on building strength, awareness, and a solid foundation, using props for better accessibility. It includes a 10-minute meditation to center your mind and enhance your practice. Perfect for newcomers or those refining their yoga.
