Ashtanga Basics πŸ”†πŸ”†

The teacher leads the class through part of the Ashtanga primary series. This is a dynamic and physically demanding form of focused movement. Over time, you will build a familiarity with the set sequence and poses, enabling you practice the half-primary or full Primary Series on your own. We recommend some yoga experience, and we welcome all those who are new to Ashtanga!

Ashtanga Half Led πŸ”†πŸ”†πŸ”†

In this all-levels class, we practice in the tradition of Sri Pattabhi Jois, combining breath, posture, and gaze for focused movement. The teacher guides you through the half-primary series, offering alignment cues and modifications to build flexibility, mobility, and strength over time.
