Autumn Retreat in Japan
17 – 21 November
Koyo literally means “red leaves “- a small but meaningful word that conveys the reverence shown for the spectacular hues of the Autumn season. It is a time of transition & exquisite beauty, thus reflecting the ephemeral nature of all things.
This Autumn, we invite you to experience a simple journey – where our daily ventures are uncomplicated by thoughts and rumination. We will allow ourselves to simply enjoy the moments before us, and allow ourselves to simply be present.
Through yoga, meditation, nature walks, cultural excursions and local cuisine, we will sample what it is to live with simple joy.
This Retreat is SOLD OUT. Please email if you wish to be on our mailing list for future Destination Retreats.
Sound Bath for Chakra balance
25 May
A sound bath is a gentle healing modality to rebalance and unblock our energy centres known as “the chakras”, through vibrations.
In our monthly Tibetan Sound Bath session with experienced sound practitioner Mae Kwan, we will guide you on a sound scape journey to good health and inner bliss.
Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is required.
We recommend this soothing class if you are feeling tired, fatigued, uninspired and need a pick-me-up, or if you simply wish to relax and be serenaded by the beautiful sounds of the Tibetan Singing Bowls.
Your investment $45 or 2 studio credits.
