Reconnect with your inner peace through your voice! Immerse in 60 minutes of calm through simple mindful movements, guided breathing and singing. Come with an open heart and mind and experience the power of music through community.
Ayurveda & Self Massage π
Abhyanga (self-massage) is a vital Ayurvedic practice for overall well-being. This workshop offers essential knowledge and hands-on techniques to integrate this therapeutic ritual into daily self-care. Participants will take home a bottle of specially brewed Abhyanga oil.
Kids Yoga and Art Craft π
Join us for a fun, light-hearted afternoon of movement, breath, and creativity. Connect with nature through mindful movement, playful breathing, and crafting with fallen leaves, flowers, and sticks. Let your imagination flow and honor the Earth’s treasures!
Wellbeing Band™ Special Class π
Our Wellbeing Bandβ’ is a therapy band from Korea. Our classes are a focused exploration of areas in the body that are often tight, painful and are prone to inadvertent neglect. With the use of the Wellbeing Bandβ’, we will show you ways to complement your activities, sports and lifestyle to empower you with tips and tools to recover and self-heal.
