Join Jules for this Saturday workshop at YiC and delve into the philosophy behind Strala Yoga.
Strala combines the movement wisdom of tai chi, qi gong and yoga to help release stress, heal and move more easily through all kinds of challenges.
The workshop will open with an introductory talk on the philosophy of Strala and how we can apply it to our daily lives, and then we will close with a 60 minute strata class to help you to feel free and easy!
About the teacher: Julienne Low
Strala trained yoga teacher
Julienne came across yoga as a young woman and has tried many different types of yoga over the years. A couple of years ago, Julienne experienced a collapse in her physical, emotional and mental health, and turned to yoga to help her through her toughest times. It was at this point that Julienne realised that yoga is more than just a physical practice, and includes the nourishment of the body, mind and heart.
Through the practice of self-love, acceptance, forgiveness, and self-study, she started to feel whole again and felt brave enough to leave the corporate world to pursue a career in yoga.
She loves being able to share the tools of yoga with others and hopes to share this mindful practice with everyone. Her passion is to help people empower their lives and see them thrive by nurturing their minds, body and spirit through the practice of yoga.
Julienne has just completed a month-long course in Berlin with the founder of Strala, Tara Stiles.
