Hatha for Chakra

Chakras are the energy centres in our bodies through which energy flows. Chakra is the Sanskrit word for “wheel”, and these wheels are thought of as spinning vortexes of energy.  Cat will guide you through a gentle Hatha practice – moving through asana and breath. It will be a concentrated practice devoted to each of our seven chakras each week.
Find enjoyment in movement, relish the calmness achieved through the union of movement and breath, and discover how you can unravel energy blockages to allow yourself to achieve your highest potential.

Trauma-Informed Somatic Yoga TT 50-hr YTT with Daphne Chua

Bringing together movement, breath and bodywork, this training will hone your kinaesthetic awareness of multiple body systems. Learn how to sense movement through the fluid content of the body, cultivate a mindful and practical dialogue in healing from pain, injuries, anxiety and stress, and integrate this information into your practice and teaching.
