Super Farmers is all about healthy, delicious, simple-to-make food to enhance well being. They believe that ‘nutritional and emotional wellness’ is profoundly connected and everyone can aim to live a more balanced and positive lifestyle through food. Similarly, YIC’s philosophy has always been about achieving wellness through yoga. We are inspired to provide a compassionate yoga practice and a serene space for students to feel calm, safe and supported. We believe that the synergistic pairing of gentle and mindful yoga with delicious and nutritious food is going to be an event that is sensorial, unique and very fun for our yogi members.
7.30am – 9am: Sunshine Flow with Hary
Watch the sun gently rise as you practise a gentle outdoor morning flow with Hary at the gardens in The Yards. What a lovely way to work up an appetite!
9am – 9.45am: Enjoy a cuppa or a light snack at The Brewing Ground to unwind and reset. (Free time)
9.45am – 10am We will make our way to the Super Farmers Kitchen.
The Super Farmers kitchen is a delightful haven in an urban setting where you can browse teas, micro-greens, and take a little walk around the herb garden outside.
10am – 11.30am Cook up a storm with Cynthea (masks on)
Learn some simple but effective recipes for heart-warming, healthy and yummy food.
11.30 – 12.30 Eat what you cook! Enjoy your long lunch with your creative cohort.
12.30 – 1pm Sharing Circle (masks on)
Feel free to share your feelings, thoughts and experience about yoga, food and your aspirations with Hary, Cynthea and the group.
Your investment: $280 per person (includes an Early Bird ‘Tote & Tea’ for sign-ups before 1st September)
Special note: As this event includes dining-in, we do request that all participants be fully vaccinated by the event date.
