We’ve put together a handy guide to getting to the studio from the two nearest MRT stations, featuring photos from Ramesh to inspire your attention on your way to class.
From Farrer Park MRT (a 5-minute walk or 10-minute stroll)
Take Exit I to City Square Mall. Follow the signs that direct you down a long underground corridor and into the basement of the mall. Take the escalator up to ground level and walk through or around the atrium past Cotton On and Din Tai Fung towards Cedele.
Exit the mall here, walking past the lifts, and you’ll come out onto Kitchener Link. Turn left, then right and walk past the park.
You’ll be able to see a block of colourful shophouses in front of you – we’re at number 22!
From Lavender MRT (a 10-minute walk or 15-minute stroll)
Take Exit B to V Hotel. Once you’re up the escalator, turn right and walk along the corridor of eateries, stopping to grab a snack (for after class) if you want. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing in front of Toast Box, then turn right and walk past Burger King. At the junction, turn left onto Horne Road.
Follow this road straight down for three blocks – you’ll pass an NTUC Fairprice on your left, and then Jalan Besar Stadium. (Check out Bravery Café opposite the Stadium for a coffee if you have the time – we’ve got a Yogalattes deal with them; more on that here.)
Keep walking down until you hit Tyrwhitt Road. Turn left, walk around the hawker centre, then turn right onto Petain Road.
Walk straight down Petain Road, crossing Jalan Besar at the traffic light. Walk past the Crossfit gym and you’ll see the block of colourful shophouses where we are.
Walk along until you reach No.22. See you on our mats soon!
