This session is a multi-sensory exploration of control and surrender through inquiry, journaling, mindful conversation and revitalising yoga asanas that balance Yin and Yang energies in the body and being. You will explore how these themes play out in your life so that you can release what is no longer needed.

REALIGN
Nature-Based Breath Magic, with Ian Jin Yap
2-4pm

By engaging in nature-based games and breath work you will improve awareness of unhelpful beliefs and behaviours that hold you back from greater well-being and happiness. Through play and hands-on exercises, you will learn tools and techniques to help you align with new ways of being that bring deeper healing and life satisfaction.

REFLECT
Self-Mastery Meditation, with Michelle Ayn Tessensohn
4.30-6.30pm

In this class, you will develop self-acceptance and self-realisation so that you can deepen your personal and spiritual journey. Through mindfulness and meditation techniques you will build inner wisdom and start to shift the challenges in your life from within so that you can uncover inner peace, greater presence and calm.

Your Facilitators:

Desiree Zou is a yoga teacher and clinical psychologist who works with people who seek authentic connection with themselves and others, people who are ready to let go of what no longer serves them and experience the world in a new light. Ian Jin Yap is a guide, storyteller and facilitator who works with clients who experience anxiety and want to move on from difficult life challenges. He helps his clients believe in themselves and find answers so that they can feel hopeful again, at peace and happy. When he is not working with clients, he studies folklore and herbal healing traditions.

Michelle Ayn Tessensohn is a coach for women who’ve had therapy and done inner work but want to deepen their personal and spiritual journey. She helps them get clarity and perspective so they can move forward with self-acceptance, trusting they are making decisions that lead to a life of fulfilment and greater meaning.
