Autumn Retreat in Japan
17 – 21 November
Koyo literally means “red leaves “- a small but meaningful word that conveys the reverence shown for the spectacular hues of the Autumn season. It is a time of transition & exquisite beauty, thus reflecting the ephemeral nature of all things.
This Autumn, we invite you to experience a simple journey – where our daily ventures are uncomplicated by thoughts and ruminations, or by the weight of possessions. We will allow ourselves to simply enjoy the moments before us, and allow ourselves to simply be present.
Through daily yoga, meditation, nature walks, cultural excursions and local cuisine, we will sample what it is to live with simple joy.

Intro to Inversions
28 April
Ever wonder when you will do an inversion? Well, we already practice inversions in yoga classes through poses like legs-up-the-wall, ragdoll and downward facing dog. However, advance inversion poses that position you “upside down” are poses that take time, and these can be scary – especially for adults or older practitioners.
In this introductory workshop, Yoyo will be sharing the building blocks that make an inversion achievable and a lot less intimidating. You will be guided through techniques to engage and stabilize, to build strength, flexibility & confidence.
Everyone is welcome. We recommend this workshop for those with some yoga experience.
Your investment $35 or 1 studio credit.
