Yoga Stretch + Sound Relaxation
6 April
Our April rejuvenation special classes begin with Chih Peng’s sublime blend of delicious stretches and sound bath savasana.
Stretches are important for our health and general wellbeing. Not only does stretching release our happy hormones (such as endorphins), it also promotes length and strength in our muscles, improving our range of motion and protecting us from injuries.
The best part of any practice? Savansana of course! And you will be treated with a calming sound bath during your extended savasana. Enjoy!

Autumn Retreat in Japan
17 – 21 November
Koyo literally means “red leaves “- a small but meaningful word that conveys the reverence shown for the spectacular hues of the Autumn season. It is a time of transition & exquisite beauty, thus reflecting the ephemeral nature of all things.
This Autumn, we invite you to experience a simple journey – where our daily ventures are uncomplicated by thoughts and ruminations, or by the weight of possessions. We will allow ourselves to simply enjoy the moments before us, and allow ourselves to simply be present.
Through daily yoga, meditation, nature walks, cultural excursions and local cuisine, we will sample what it is to live with simple joy.
Request a brochure or register your interest early. Small group only.
Chakra Balance | Yin Yoga
Tuesday nights in April
We invite you to our special Yin Yoga for Chakra balancing, a 4-part series curated and guided by Jo.
The Chakras comprise of spinning discs that form our energy centres. There are 7 main chakras in the body and each correlates to the organs, nerve bundles and the emotional core of our being.
When our Chakras are in balance, we feel joy, acceptance, confidence and love. We are open to new adventures and meaningful relationships. We rise to life’s challenges with clarity and composure.
Each week, we will practise Yin Yoga that focuses on a complementary Chakra pair. We recommend participating in all 4 classes for a complete rejuvenating wellness experience.
