Breath Magic and Meditation Workshop
Breath Magic is a mindful breathing process that helps you release stress within the body, mind and spirit. In this part of the workshop you will release psychic weight that may cause you to experience inner conflict, emotional confusion or frustrations in relationships. You will learn tools and techniques to remove heaviness and stuck emotions.
Meditation improves your quality of life by deepening your understanding and inner freedom. It teaches you to let go of stressful emotions and thoughts so you can be fully present and alive in each moment. It has an impact on your physical, emotional and mental health because it supports inner well-being and empowerment.
In this Breath Magic and Meditation workshop, you will get a hands-on experience of powerful breath work and meditation that will reconnect you to your deepest inner source. You will learn how to manage on-going stress through simple techniques that will guide you to improved mindfulness and self-mastery so that you feel more peaceful and happy.

Developing Self-Healing and Self-Compassion Workshop
In this workshop, you will strengthen feelings of inner guardianship and self-acceptance through positive inner states such as kindness and care. This will enable you to build your self-belief and develop resilience.
Through practicing being present and loving kindness you will discover and develop compassion for yourself. You will gain tools to help you nurture self-care and stability during times of emotional meltdowns and overwhelm. This helps create a solid inner core and the right attitudes that help you hold your own so that you can feel at home with yourself and others.
You will also experience sound bathing as well as learn to develop your own self-healing ability through humming. These healing processes help create relaxation and disperse stress patterns within the body so that healing can naturally happen, setting the stage for the development of self-compassion.

About the Facilitators
Ian Jin Yap is a Martha Beck life coach and healer who helps his clients enhance their self-care and self-compassion, so that they can move through difficult life situations with more grace and ease. When he is not working with clients, he studies folklore and herbal healing traditions.
Ian will also available for the following one to one sessions from December 2nd to 8th:
Breath Magic (1 hr 15 mins): Breath work process using spiritual alchemy to heal body, mind and spirit.
Sound Bathing (1 hr 15 mins): Healing modality using the power of sound to break apart disharmony within the body.
Sound Buzz (30-45 mins): Traditional healing sequence that works with specific Meridian Frequencies to help balance the energy within the body.
See and Spell (1 hr): intuitive guidance using symbolic guidance, light limpia (cleansing) and prayer spells to bless situations for the better.
Sessions are $65 for Sound Buzz and $80 for the rest.
